This happened after I had to change the batteries on the HRM as old ones were empty. After that, the TR app on the iPad just gave - - as heart rate, while e.g. the garmin computer was showing HR. What solved it was to fully reset the iPad. Restoring from a back up would just bring the problem back.
After the user is signed in, they will need to select the “Devices” tab at the bottom of the screen. From here, the user will need to select the “Add Device” option and follow the on-screen instructions. Once the device is connected, the user will be able to view their heart rate data in the app.
The daily heart rate is an average value of 2 minutes so all peaks that are shorter than a few minutes will be shown. If you log an activity you will see the peaks in the HR graph for the logged activity…. If you need to see short spikes, start an activity (and preferably use a HRM chest belt).
